Gum Disease is more harmful than Diabetes

.

.

According to new research gum disease carries a higher risk of causing a stroke than diabetes.

People are twice as likely to suffer from a non-fatal stroke as a result of gum disease compared to diabetes.

.

Until recently high blood pressure and diabetes were widely accepted as major risks contributing to non-fatal stroke.

.

.

.

.

The research puts the impact of gum diesease on the same level as high blood pressure as an independent risk factor associated to non-fatal stroke.

The Phillips Blotting Brush and Technique

.

.

Dr Phillips had developed the unique Blotting Brush and the associated method of cleaning:  the Blotting Technique in the late 1960´s.

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

The Blotting Brush

The unique feature of a Blotting Brush is their hollow bristles that have capillary action to draw plaque and debris from teeth and gums.

WEAPONS OF PLAQUE DESTRUCTION

.

.

The Blotting Technique

The Blotting Technique lifts and holds plaque in the brush so that it can be removed.  Whereas brushing moves the plaque around the mouth and under the gums, the Blotting Technique is the only proven dental hygiene method that actually removes it from the mouth.

.

The Technique is easy to get used to and the brushes are inexpensive which makes it understandable and affordable for everyone.

.

.

.

.

Blotting Brush & Blotting Technique are the key to total oral health for a lifetime.

.

.

.

.

Despite all the specialty toothpastes and mouthwashes available today gum disease is an ever increasing disease. Many suffer from it without ever knowing it.

.

.

.

.

“No surgery has ever cured periodontal disease. Surgery shouldn’t be done until the mouth is healthy; surgery being only a post healing reconstructive procedure.” Dr.  J.E. Phillips

.

.

.

Using the Blotting Technique  will enable you to clean 100% of your mouth – not just the 10% of your mouth taken up by your teeth.  You can even “floss” with this technique.

Once you have purchased a Blotting Brush you are the proud owner

of the smallest and most effective health kit in the world.

MERCURY – AMALGAM

.

.

Dental amalgam filllings are composed of approximately 50% liquid mercury; the remaining powder is made up of mainly silver (~20-35%) and some tin, copper (~10%), and zinc (~2%).

.

If you have mercury fillings, your mouth is a toxic area.

If the health regulations for your mouth were the same health regulations for an office building, no-one would be allowed to enter!

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

It has been known almost since mercury was first used for fillings in the early 1800’s that this substance is harmful to the body.

There is so much evidence now about the hazards of mercury it is unspeakable to any human being with a conscience that mercury remains commonly in use today.

.

.

Did you know that when mercury fillings are removed from your mouth, by law the fillings need to be treated as hazardous waste?

.

70-80 % of mother’s mercury “contamination” from amalgam fillings and vaccinations can be found in newborns.

.

Even the World Health Organization admits:

There is no known safe level with mercury.”

.

Old fillings have been found to contain as little as 10% mercury.  What happened to the rest?

.

Some countries have banned amalgam fillings(Norway, Denmark and Sweden).  Austria, Germany and Japan have introduced restrictions.

Alternatives to mercury fillings are accessible, affordable and applicable

.

Mercury leaches from amalgam fillings and is absorbed into your body either as mercury vapour, as ionic mercury dissolved in saliva and also penetrates directly through the tooth pulp into the bloodstream.

Mercury in the stomach is converted to methylmercury, 100 times more toxic than mercury.

.

Mercury from fillings can be a contributing factor to gum disease, organ damage, candida infection, chromosomal damage, antibiotica resistance, autism, skin problems and many other health challenges.

.

With the release of the book you will get access to a free pdf document providing many more scientifically proven facts about the problems mercury can cause, symptoms of mercury poisoning and how to eliminate mercury from your body.

CAVITATION The Hidden Problem in Your Jaw

.

Bob Jones was wheelchair-bound because of a debilitating illness and embarked on a journey to restore his health.

One of the most significant aspects of his recovery was a surgical intervention to his jaw bone to eliminate the infections located there.

After his recovery he went on to develop a device to accurately detect the presence of toxic ‘holes’’ all over the body, the Cavitat.

.

.

A Cavitation is a hollow area in the bones that develops if the blood supply to the bone is deprived. The bone dies and a hole develops to which anaerobic bacteria migrate.

The toxic waste material produced by these bacteria is permanently being released into your body.

Cavitations in the jaw usually occur as a result of infections or trauma after tooth extraction.

Cavitations are especially vulnerable to infection from bacteria of gum disease and tooth decay.

Unfortunately cavitations cannot easily be diagnosed by conventional dental X-rays. The method to diagnose a cavitation is by the above mentioned CAVITAT, an ultra sound device, that needs to be read in conjunction with a Panorama X-ray.

.

.

If a local anaesthetics doesn´t work, a reason could be a Cavitation in this area, because the infection in the Cavitation could neutralise the local anaesthetic.

.

Antibiotics do not work on cavitations because no blood is circulating within the lesion hence no medication will ever reach the affected area.

.

The suggested treatment for a Cavitation is surgery to scrape the bone clean, remove dead bone tissue, bringing the bone back to a living structure by making it bleed and combining this with some further local and systemic treatment.

Lazy Man´s Solution for Healthy Teeth

Have you ever dreamed of  a secret  to keep your teeth clean?

.

You are just about to discover your new  best friend!!

.

You won´t believe it!

.

It is  a   S U G A R

.

But not an ordinary one!

.

It´s name is      X Y L I T O L

.

.

.

.

.

Here are just a few benefits of XYLITOL:

.

.

.

  • Xylitol is a natural sweetener with only 40% of it being absorbed and metabolized into energy. Hence you get the sweetness, but only half of the caloric impact

.

  • Xylitol does not increase the insulin production

.

  • Xylitol´s key benefit is to “kill” biofilms

Have you ever experienced   this furry, sticky enamel feeling as you run your tongue alongside your teeth after drinking a Coke? You’re feeling  the effect of too much acidity plus sugar on your teeth. You feel the biofilm!

.

To quote an expert  on microbiology: “The biggest mistake we have made in understanding bacteria that cause disease in humans is to consider them in their individual, free-floating state, rather than as members of a community of bacteria that live within a complex system called a biofilm.”

.

Biofilms cover your teeth and oral cavitiy and other areas in your head (sinuses…). They are perfect hiding places for bacteria. Biofilms allow bacteria to grow. They are  resistant to the natural anti-microbial qualities of saliva and to toothpastes and mouthwashes.

.

Without this protective biofilm, bacteria can not stick to the enamel and release their damaging substances that can cause cavities

.

Our  modern high in sugar diets,  sugar-laden beverages and plenty of snacks are ideal breeding grounds for and sustaining of dental biofilms.

.

A typical “energy drink” contains 18 teaspoons of sugar which equals 72 grams of carbohydrates, or 300 calories!

.

  • Xylitol toothpaste, chewing gum, or pastilles all have an anti-biofilm effect.

.

  • Xylitol fights against gum disease (now the most common cause of tooth loss) because bacteria that initiate gum disease have no place to hide in the gum crevesses

.

  • Xylitol chewing gum makes your teeth  feel smooth and clean.

.

  • Xylitol reduces bad breath

.

  • Xylitol gum and pastilles is given as “dessert” in Finnish schools. They have seen a remarkable reduction in tooth decay.

.

  • Xylitol should be given to young children  to prevent  cavity formation in the first place

.

.

.

A word of caution:

.

.

.

If you still have mercury fillings you should use pastilles rather than chewing gum.

Chewing gum will release even more mercury from your fillings

Blotting : A Natural Cure for Gum Disease

Gum disease needs early cure

Image by Dr Parveen Chopra via Flickr

Suffering from gum disease, also known as periodontal disease, is no laughing matter. Your breath will smell terrible, you will be at a higher risk for heart disease, and advanced gum disease can lead to tooth loss. Bills for dental care can be sky-high, so it can be difficult to get it treated once you have it. Doesn’t sound great, does it?

However, blotting gives people the option of having a cure for gum disease without all the high bills and visits to the dentist.

Surely not? How?

Gum disease is caused by plaque, and regular brushing simply can’t get rid of it all.

Blotting removes the plaque that causes gum disease.

Unlike regular toothbrushes, blotting brushes use a tapping motion to get rid of the plaque that causes cavities, gum disease, and more.

The tiny bristles on the brush go underneath the gums and pull up the plaque. It uses capillary action to remove most of the plaque, and has been proven to be an effective way to prevent against gum disease. It literally blots the plaque off teeth, gums, and everywhere in between.

Unlike many diseases that have to do with oral health, gum disease is a malady where the symptoms can lessen (and then disappear) once the causes have been removed. This means that prevention – and the removal of plaque – is the cure to gum disease. This is also why blotting is a perfect way to cure gum disease before (and after) it happens.

Best of all, using a blotting brush is easy, especially if you get a DVD which explains how to blot your teeth properly.

It can reverse the damage done to teeth, and also reverses the damage done to gums by gum disease. It only takes a couple of minutes a day, and can also provide a gentle massage to teeth as well.

This cure for gum disease is all natural, requires no needles, and has no anesthesia. For people who hate going to the dentist, this is an incredible find.

This short video explains more:

Tooth Whitening

.

Nothing says “Health” better than a vibrant smile.

.

.

.

.

If you´re lucky enough to have one, it is a real asset you definitely want to protect.

And if yours is a bit less than perfect, you may want to consider taking advantage of cosmetic dentistry to improve the appearance of your teeth.

.

.

Actually, it’s often more than just appearance:

The state of your mouth affects your overall health.

.

.

.

.

One of the things you might be tempted to improve your smile is buying a tooth whitening kit and applying it on several occasions during the next week. The improvement will probably be instant – and gratifying – but you might be disappointed when the discolouration returns soon afterwards.

.

.

When you then start to look at tooth cleaning kits, like 1.2 million other people do  EVERY MONTH,  you will probably surprised by the incredibly harsh chemicals used.

.

And indeed you can find better  and more reliable methods.

.

.

.

Whatever claims the product you are thinking of using makes, the facts are simple: your teeth can only be whitened successfully if they are clean and free of decay. Ignore this information and you may produce a very ‘uneven’ smile.  Hence my recommendation as a first step is having your teeth cleaned by a hygienist.

.

.

You can attain great improvement in whitening your teeth by using oil pulling for about 6-8 weeks and finish off with your home made toothpaste (Chapter SIX) after every pulling session.

.

.

There are several precautions you want to consider such as pregnancy, breastfeeding or smoking.

A good idea might be to check first with your dentist.

.

Gum Dis-ease

Chapter 3

.

Gum Dis-ease

Your teeth are healthy but the gums need to come out!

Ever heard your dentist saying that?

You brush and floss you even use a water pik and mouthwash and still your gums bleed, swell or shrink.

You are about to learn why this happens and why it is so important to have healthy teeth as well as healthy gums.

It´s time to rid yourself of this condition for ever!
